I will say overall I like this helmet but I do have one problem on cool/cold mornings. I find the breathguard does a good job of keeping the outside visor clear but the internal visor can fog up fast at stoplights. It makes me curious if the breathguard is directing my breath toward the internal visor.

The old Arai Quantum f needed replacing. I wanted a DOT helmet and the IS-16 looked interesting.
Fit: Ordered the same size as My Arai Quantum f. Good fit, snug, not as plush as an Arai.
Noise: Slightly quieter than my Arai - but the Arai is 5 years old and the wind seals are a little tired, probably would be the same were both new.
Ventilation: Flows enough air it seems. I wear glasses and they fog up quite a bit at a stop in cold (40F and below) weather.
I like this helmet so far. The built in sun screen is a nice feature - will it hold up for the life of the helmet I wonder? I rated it 4 stars for the glasses fogging characteristics. Could be an issue if you wear glasses. YMMV
