Bell Pit Boss - observations
I recently purchased a Bell Pit Boss to replace my Scorpion EXO-100 which never fit comfortably around my ears. The Pit Boss seems to be cut higher around the ears so that it fits comfortably and without pain. The pull down shield is good and gives adequate coverage. The downside I have is that quality is not as good as the Scorpion. Lining, although adequate, does not match the EXO-100's quality. Additionally, the chin straps seem thinner and less robust. Personally, if the Scorpion offered the same comfort as the Bell, I would have opted to remain with their line-up from a quality standpoint. Otherwise, the Bell is satisfactory but could use improvement in materials used. Appears to sit very high on my head, even when pushed down as far as possible. Chinese made.

Perfect.
This helmet is the most comfortable helmet I've ever worn. The adjustment feature is great! I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. Plus the customer service from Helmet City was top of the line!
