Very Helpful
I emailed to get a tracking number. They called me to let me know the website was having a problem with that, then they sent me the tracking number. Also I ordered the street helmet when I meant to order the snow helmet. They quickly took care of that for me.

Excellent Product At An Affordable Price
The helmet looks and feels great, and for $100 – what a value! Included is a red drawstring bag made of synthetic fabric; no need to buy a costly helmet bag. The included, clear visor is great, but can easily be swapped out in moments for an accessory visor: I equipped mine with the silver iridium (mirrored) visor and the look is mean. I highly recommend this setup; you will look like Master Chief rocketing down the road!

Purchased Helmet
The helmet and shipping was very reasonable in price and I received my helmet very quickly. The selection was also excellent at helmetcity.com! The only bad thing I have to say is the helmet I ordered had a smoke shield on it, which is what made me buy that individual helmet and when it arrived it had a clear shield. Their pics should include exactly what you are getting. I would have giving this review a 5 if the smoke shield was included.

Great Helmet
Looks slick, especially with the dark smoke shield. Fits well, I got a large and I wear a 7 3/8" hat size. Vents keep me cool and the shield free of fog. It is DOT, rated but not SNELL rated, which is fine.

Bell Arrow Helmet - Matte Black
The helmet is comfortable and looks good. Does have some wind noise. Bought a smoke black visor with it also. Looks stealth on my Mean Streak.

Decent purchase and comfort for the price
The helmet is really good. I am not a race track rider , so DOT approved is fine with me. I don't need additional certifications that come with the upper $500 helmets. There is no cushion near the chin area. So, in Winter, some air runs in and you may feel a little inconvenient. Hence I gave 4 stars. Also, buy a size less over here. For example, if you buy XL in BRAND-ABC helmets, buy a "Large" in "Bell" helmets.

Great helmet
I choose this helmet after a heavy Simpsom that was a real pain in the neck. This Bell arrow is really comfortable very well ventilated and if you add the polarized visor is a complete bang. The helmet has more ventilation and visual field that most full face helmets on he market. The weight is perfect so you can make long trips without no neck pain, the polarized visor effectively reduces the sun glare in about 70% . So for the price and all the advantages you can't go wrong with this fine helmet I really recommend it. After all its a Bell.

Nice Matte Finish! And cheap!
I’m in college so I needed an inexpensive helmet to wear for going to the grocery store, running errands and daily commuting. I found the Bell Arrow in a matte finish which is exactly what I wanted. It looks sleek and I couldn't be happier about the price. This Helmet is perfect for my small commutes around town. I didn’t need anything fancy but I still wanted something that looked good with nice features. I use it for my commute to school and back which is only a few miles. I haven’t worn this helmet at high speeds so I couldn’t tell you you how the noise is but it is perfectly fine for cruising around town at low speeds. The ventilation is perfect and after a few wears the fit is just right. The all black look of the helmet kinda reminds me of Darth Vader, ha!
