Excellent customer service and fasting shipping
I ordered my helmet after hours on a Friday night. I called that Monday and customer service rep I spoke with was great. She also said that I'll get my helmet the following day. Which I did!

Great Fit / Comfortable
I really like this helmet probably one of the most comfortable I've worn. Great for long days on the sport tourer. I've done over 500 miles a day, and no sore pressure spots, sore neck, etc. It's definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Sick helmet!
This helmet is awesome! I didn't wanna spend this much but I do not regret spending what I did on it. I got the matte black finish. It's really cool. Vents are nice and work properly, the fit is snug once you get it but molds to your head once worn a few times. I also got a dark smoked visor and that helps a lot with sun, and not horrible when I have to ride at night and don't have my clear visor. All in all, you cannot go wrong with this guy, I def recommend it. Always getting compliments on it too! Only thing with the matte black finish is sometimes you get a lot of finger prints to show up easily. Just make sure you care for that soon as you notice.

Excellent Helmet
Great helmet. Most important feature is the pain-free ability to change shields. Other maker helmet broke every time. Great feel on long trips and neck never got tired. Seems Shoei is now my #1 helmet.

Good
I've owned this helmet for about 8 months. It is very very light for a good solid helmet. Also, it breathes fairly well and runs a little large. The air flow is okay but I feel like it just rushes and and doesn't circulate as well as my Arai helmet. It also fogs up very quickly in cold conditions and takes awhile to defog.
