Helmet City Exchange / Return Procedure:
You have 30 days to return or exchange your unused product.
To receive free return / exchange shipping on your order, please call us at 888-343-5638 or email us at [email protected] We will email you a return label.
Simply return your unused items in the condition you received them in the original double box and packaging.
Once you have received the label please drop it off at your nearest FedEx location or FedEx driver.
Please send your item directly to Helmet City's warehouse, not the manufacturer of the item.

Exchanges are processed the same business day and shipped for Free.
Refunds are processed on the Monday following receipt of your item. You will be charged a 10% processing fee on all returned items. Depending on your credit card company it make take an additional 2-10 days for your credit to post to your account.
