From passing the visual appreciation test at local bike rallies, to passing people in the turns at the track, the Icon Alliance SSR helmet stands up to all challenges. Premier manufacturing assures that Icon Alliance SSR helmet meets the highest quality and safety standards in the world: Snell M2005 and FMVSS 218 DOT. The precisely engineered injection molded outer shell and energy absorbing dual-density EPS liner work together to greatly reduce the possibility of head injuries in the event of an accident. The Alliance SSR also includes Icon's precision optics shield and HydraDry wicking interior. Precision optics by Icon offer a clear and undistorted line of sight. This is accomplished with a 3-dimensional shield molding process that yields true optical clarity beyond what is typical in flat shields. A stout ABS Quick Change ratchet system allows you to easily swap a variety of available tinted Icon shields, and the scratch resistant fog free coating keeps you focused on what's ahead.
