Helmet City Exchange / Return Procedure:

• You have 30 days to return or exchange your unused product.
• To receive free return / exchange shipping on your order, please call us at 888-343-5638 or email us at [email protected] We will email you a return label.
• Simply return your unused items in the condition you received them in the original double box and packaging.
• Once you have received the label please drop it off at your nearest FedEx location or FedEx driver.
• Please send your item directly to Helmet City's warehouse, not the manufacturer of the item.
