Part of the Alpinestars Tech Series family of technical riding boots, the Tech 2 shares the same structural strength and foot protection of the rest of full-height line-up, with a lower cut design for greater flexibility and comfort on a mini-bike or ATV riding.
- Supple top grain leather aids in greater flexibility and comfort.
- Breathable liner.
- Outsole is an Alpinestars exclusive compound design for high abrasion protection and high grip. The multi-colored outsole is compression molded around a contoured tempered steel support shank.
- Buckles are made from a high impact-resistant injection molded TPU.

- High grip PVC and Velcro closure at top of boot.

comfortable boot
After trying full size Motocross boots on my Super Tenere I decided that they were too stiff and limited my leg movement too much and were more likely to cause me to have a problem on the bike than to help me in a crash. The Alpinestar Tech 2 is a good compromise for me offering great ankle and foot protection and still giving me the flexibility I need to confidently ride. I use shin guards for shin protection and the two seem to work together great. Good boots. Comfortable, and well constructed. The buckles are a little difficult to operate. I recommend them to more casual off pavement riders of adventure or dual purpose bikes.
