Budget helmet for racers
I have had this helmet for a couple months now and I was so impressed with the Suomy Vandal that I thought I would let other people know what a great deal this is! The graphics are awesome and the helmet looks even better with a dark smoke shield. This is my first Suomy helmet and the main reason why I purchased it is because it’s cheaper than Arai helmets and it has a similar shell shape that isn’t bulky. I have always had a problem with bulky helmets moving around while I’m riding and turning my head at high speeds is rather difficult. This helmet cuts through the wind so smoothly which (believe it or not) is a whole new riding experience. Especially for someone who has used cheaper brands that aren’t even close to this helmet. The Suomy Apex fits nice and snug on my head and the aerodynamics are the best I’ve experienced. I can easily turn my head to make a head check without the wind making it difficult.
