Poor Knee Armor Positioning
I bought these pants and the matching denim jacket at the same time. The jacket is top notch !!! The pants are another matter! The pants were ordered by waist size and by in seam size. They fit very well and the denim is much heavier than Levi jeans. The armor is unsatisfactory for my needs though. The pockets in the legs that hold the knee armor are positioned on my shins, not my knees. In other words, the knee armor is actually shin armor. Therefore, the pants are unsatisfactory ! The only reason I bought them was for the knee armor. I suspect that the pants were originally cut for a 34 or 35 inch inseam. The pant legs were likely later likely cut for my 30 inch inseam. This is the only reason I can imagine for the knee armor to be located at my shins. The product photos show the armor pocket over the knees, not the shins. The Jacket is a solid 5 out of 5. The pants are money thrown away. Best Wishes.
