Quality & Stylish Riding Pant
I am very happy with these pants. My previous riding gear was a pair of jeans with layers underneath for warmth/wind control. These pants fit as comfortably as jeans, are not bulky, provide comfortable and FLEXIBLE kneed/hip padding. The wind resistant liner is lightweight and durable, pant is breathable and stylish. This pant does NOT protect against cold temperatures - so you must wear layers under it if cold... which means you must take appropriate measurements for sizing. I am 5'7" 135lbs and wear size Large (normally size 4 jeans). I say measure twice, buy once, enjoy til infinity!Reviewer: tyne (tucson, az) 3.19.2012
figure flattering once you get the right size
Be VERY careful ordering these pants. They are sized very small. Even knowing that I ordered a size larger than I thought I needed and had to go up another size. I am 5"3 145 lbs and an XL fits me perfectly. Not sure the liner would even fit in very well since it's double layered itself. I carry most of my weight in my thighs, hips and butt being of latin descent. At one point I was down to 127 and the size large was still very very tight. It'd be a good idea to look at reviews on some other sites and try to find someone around your own height and weight to see what size would work best for you as this is a very common complaint. My other complaint is that the knee pads aren't adjustable. Even on the bike they sit very low on me. Other than that they are very figure flattering and feminine. They have some mesh areas that hopefully will help in the AZ summers. They are very low cut so beware you may show a little more than you'd like in the back!
