The Shoei RF1100 measures up to all the press. Great fit, quiet and comfortable with terrific ventilation. I traded up from an RF1000 which I loved. I'm even more impressed with the RF1100. The removable liner is a plus and the shield seal is great. I own 3 Shoei helmets and love them all but the RF1100 is my favorite.

Glad that I spent the extra money to get this helmet. I have rode for years without a helmet and hated every one that I had to wear. This one is different, I actually enjoy wearing it. It's like your head is riding in a car. The noise level is perfect, it almost balances it's self, you really don't even notice it's there after a while. I love this helmet!

Good visibility - Nice and wide with no distortion
A little louder than I thought it would be but, I had all the vents open too. I will keep playing with them since I did not need all the ventilation anyway.
Very comfortable - snug without being tight.
