Good but not great.
These gloves work well in temps down to about 35 degrees. On the high temp, the gloves are warm, but the heat is concentrated on the top of the hand and tends to get too warm there. Also, it seems the thumbs are a little left out with the warmth. My thumbs get chilly but not cold during riding. Also, I usually wear large gloves and got the large Synergy gloves, but they feel a little snug in the thumb reigon. Over all, these gloves work, but leaves a little bit left to be desired in the comfort area. Heat is uneven and the gloves fit a little snug.
