This jacket comes with an inner liner to keep you warm on cool mornings as well as dry in the rain. It is supposed to be wind proof. However, I see virtually no difference in the amount of wind hitting my torso with the liner in vs. the liner not in. Had I known that it would be like that, I would have not bought this jacket. Unless you are buying this for hot summer days, I would get something a little higher quality. I rode with this to work for the first time and was still very chilly riding in. The outside temp was about 60 Degrees Farenheit. That said, unless it is between 70-90 Degrees F. I would stay away from this jacket.
