Helmet City offers free 2 day shipping on all domestic orders. Most items are shipped the same day if ordered before 3PM PST.

Helmet City Exchange / Return Procedure:

• You have 30 days to return or exchange your unused product.
• To receive free return / exchange shipping on your order, please call us at 888-343-5638 or email us at info@helmetcity.com. We will email you a return label.
• Simply return your unused items in the condition you received them in the original double box and packaging.
• Once you have received the label please drop it off at your nearest FedEx location or FedEx driver.
• Please send your item directly to Helmet City's warehouse, not the manufacturer of the item.

• Exchanges are processed the same business day and shipped for Free.
• Refunds are processed on the Monday following receipt of your item. You will be charged a 10% processing fee on all returned items. Depending on your credit card company it make take an additional 2-10 days for your credit to post to your account.
